Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website (https://waltzenemusicarts.com) or participating in classes at Waltzéne Music & Arts.

By accessing our website or enrolling in our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Pre-Payment Terms

Waltzéne Music & Arts operates on a pre-payment basis. All fees must be paid in full before the start of each term. Invoices will be issued for each term, and payment is required by the due date specified in the invoice.
Timely payment is essential to secure your class slot. Failure to make payment by the specified deadline will result in the forfeiture of your slot, which may be allocated to students on the waiting list.

2. Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment: Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of the registration form and full payment of the invoiced amount for the term.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and any other methods as approved by Waltzéne Music & Arts.
Class Cancellations: To cancel your enrollment and avoid charges for the upcoming term, a cancellation notice must be provided at least 30 days prior to the start of the next term. For any absences, please inform us three (3) days in advance with a valid reason. Classes missed without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Class Policies

Class Schedules: Class schedules are determined by Waltzéne Music & Arts. Students must adhere to the assigned schedule. In cases of late arrival, the class will proceed as scheduled, and no additional time will be provided.
Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you may request to be placed on the waiting list. Should a spot become available, it will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Personal Belongings: Waltzéne Music & Arts is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Students and parents are advised to take care of their personal items while on the premises.

4. Studio Rules

Punctuality: All students are required to arrive on time for their classes. Late arrivals may result in denial of entry, and the missed class will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Behaviour: Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students. Any disruptive behaviour may lead to the termination of enrolment without a refund.
Health & Safety: Students must be in good health to participate in lessons. If you have any health concerns, please notify your instructor prior to attending the class.

5. Changes to Terms

Waltzéne Music & Arts reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

6. Waiver & Release

Participation in classes at Waltzéne Music & Arts involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury or loss incurred during participation.

Students must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. Those under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision.
Waltzéne Music & Arts and its instructors are not liable for any medical conditions or injuries sustained during classes. It is the student’s responsibility to seek medical advice as needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Waltzéne Music & Arts website, including text, images, graphics, sound recordings, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of Waltzéne Music & Arts or its authorised partners. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

By participating in any classes or activities at Waltzéne Music & Arts, you agree that any photos or videos taken during these sessions, including those used for promotional purposes on social media or other marketing channels, are the property of Waltzéne Music & Arts. These materials may be used at the sole discretion of the company, without compensation or prior approval from participants, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Personal Data

Your personal data will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
